Description:
Riders will be asked to stop their horse
Options:
- Different gaits may be required before the stop (W/T/C)
- Lower divisions may transition through gaits to a stop
- Open divisions to stop on loose rein using seat or verbal cue
How is it Judged?
- Stopped straight
- Sopped balanced
- Speed of stop – in this case faster is better
- Horses should not show signs of disobedience (open mouth, head up, head shake etc)
- Penalties for stopping past the marker
