WHEN: November 2nd, 2013 (pending enough entries!)

The Inspection is a GO!!! See everyone on November 2nd?!  Applications for more horses will be accepted right up until the day of the inspection so there’s still time to register!

WHERE: Dream Valley View Ranch and Resort Nunda, NY
What’s an inspection?: FEIT FAQs

Open to ALL breeds, purebred, crosses, grade horses and even gaited horses!
(Great place to have your Genesee Valley Hunt Horse Inspected!)

Inspected by a USEF ‘R’ Rated judge who holds many different breed cards with the USEF!  FEIT inspections will grade your horse based on one of 3 different types

  • Park – High knee action – typically your hackney or carriage horse
  • Sport – Olympic event horses, warmbloods etc
  • Utility – The majority of horses fall into this category i.e. QH, APHA etc.

Ster Testing available under saddle or in harness for horses who score 7.0 or higher!

This is NOT a horse show, this is an inspection.  Each horse is judged individually not in a grouped class. You will also have the ability to discuss strengths and weaknesses of your horse with the judge.   FEIT inspection also judges all 3 gaits walk, trot, canter unlike the American Warmblood Inspection’s which only judge walk/trot.  Walk and Trot are done in-hand and the canter is done at liberty.

Though FEIT is open to all breeds they are affiliated with the following registries.

–Friesian Heritage Horse & Sport Horse International
–International Pattern Sport Horse Registry
–The Gypsian Horse
–Sugarbush Draft Horse Registry
–International Purebred Appaloosa Association
–Draft Cross Registry of America
–Moriesian Horse Registry
–International Georgian Grande Registry
